Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity carried out through your account.
Platform role
NaMatch helps customers, employers, workers and service providers find and manage jobs, bookings and service requests. The details, price, schedule and status shown in an accepted booking or job form part of the arrangement recorded by the platform.
Worker responsibilities
Workers must keep their profile, availability, qualifications and contact details accurate; act professionally and safely; follow the agreed scope of work; and comply with applicable laws, safeguarding requirements and platform rules.
Customer and employer responsibilities
Customers and employers must provide accurate job, booking and access information, maintain a safe working environment, treat workers respectfully, and pay any charges displayed and confirmed during the booking or posting process.
Payments, cancellations and disputes
Payments are processed through Paystack or another payment provider used by NaMatch. Where payment is required before a job or request becomes visible, it remains offline until payment has been confirmed. Cancellations, refunds, worker payouts and disputes follow the rules shown during the relevant booking or job flow. Please raise payment or service concerns promptly so the available records can be reviewed.
Safety and prohibited conduct
Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, illegal activity, unsafe requests, misuse of another person’s identity, attempts to bypass platform safeguards, and other abusive or deceptive conduct are prohibited and may lead to restriction or removal.
Suspension and termination
NaMatch may restrict or close accounts to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, meet legal obligations, or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for payment, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates may be communicated through the platform or the contact details associated with your account.
