Help & FAQ

Answers before you book, apply, or pay.

These are the common questions people ask when using NaMatch to find support, apply for work, manage payments, or close an account.

What is NaMatch?

NaMatch is a platform that helps people connect with suitable workers, carers, support staff and service providers. Families, employers and individuals can use NaMatch to find help, while workers can create profiles and apply for suitable opportunities.

How do I create an account?

Go to NaMatch.app, choose whether you are hiring or looking for work, enter your details and complete your profile. Workers may be asked for additional information such as experience, availability, location and relevant documents.

How do payments work?

Payments on NaMatch are processed securely through Paystack. NaMatch does not store your full card details. Where payment is required before a job is posted, the request remains offline until the payment has been confirmed.

Can I pay for care or support for a relative?

Yes. You can arrange and pay for suitable services for a parent, relative or another person, provided you have the information and authority needed to make the booking.

How do I report a problem?

Email support@namatch.com. Please include your name, the email address or phone number linked to your NaMatch account, and a short explanation of the issue.

How do I delete my account?

For now, email support@namatch.com from the contact details linked to your account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify your identity first. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, safety or fraud-prevention reasons.
