Why we collect data
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, help users find suitable workers or opportunities, manage jobs and bookings, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, improve NaMatch, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Paystack or another secure payment provider used by NaMatch. NaMatch does not store your full card details. We may keep payment references, billing records, transaction status and related support information.
Who data is shared with
We may share information that is necessary to provide the service with customers, employers, families, workers or service providers using NaMatch; Paystack or other payment processors; hosting and technology providers; analytics or customer-support providers; and legal or regulatory bodies where required.
International transfers
NaMatch may involve users, workers, payment providers and technology providers in more than one country, including Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Your data may therefore be processed in more than one country where necessary to provide the service.
How long data is kept
We keep account information while your account is active. Some records, including payment, accounting, support, safety, fraud-prevention and legal records, may be kept after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain uses, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. UK users may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
NaMatch is not intended for anyone under 18. You must not create an account or use the platform if you are under 18.
